Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to EasyBill, including the mobile app, web dashboard, help center, and related business operations services provided by Saharasoft Solutions LTD.
By using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
Service Scope
Section titled “Service Scope”EasyBill provides software for business operations, including water billing, rent and property management, short-stay operations, visitor management, field work, documents, payments, messaging, reporting, and team administration.
The service is intended for organizations and authorized business users. It is not a consumer financial account, escrow service, bank, or emergency service.
Accounts And Access
Section titled “Accounts And Access”Organizations are responsible for:
- Inviting only authorized users.
- Assigning appropriate roles and permissions.
- Keeping login credentials secure.
- Removing access for users who no longer need it.
- Ensuring that information entered into the platform is accurate and lawful.
Users must not share accounts, bypass permissions, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the platform’s operation.
Organization Data
Section titled “Organization Data”Organizations are responsible for the customer, tenant, guest, visitor, payment, document, messaging, and operational records they create, upload, import, or manage in EasyBill.
Saharasoft processes this data to provide and support the service. Data handling is also described in the Privacy Policy.
Payments And Integrations
Section titled “Payments And Integrations”EasyBill may connect to payment processors, messaging providers, map providers, authentication services, file storage, and other third-party systems. Availability, fees, settlement, reversals, provider outages, and compliance obligations may depend on those providers and the organization’s configuration.
Organizations remain responsible for reconciling records, handling disputes, maintaining lawful billing policies, and complying with tax, accounting, tenancy, utility, hospitality, and other applicable rules.
Acceptable Use
Section titled “Acceptable Use”You must not use EasyBill to:
- Break applicable law or regulation.
- Upload unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
- Misrepresent bills, payments, tenancy records, guest records, or operational evidence.
- Attempt to access another organization or user’s data without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, overload, scan, disrupt, or abuse the service.
- Store sensitive data that the service does not request or support unless you have a lawful basis and proper authorization.
Availability And Changes
Section titled “Availability And Changes”We work to keep the service reliable, but availability can be affected by maintenance, internet connectivity, third-party providers, infrastructure events, or issues outside our control.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for reliability, security, compliance, or product development. Where practical, we will communicate material changes to affected organizations.

Organizations should provide enough detail to investigate issues, including company name, affected records, screenshots where safe, timestamps, and the user account involved.
Limitation Of Liability
Section titled “Limitation Of Liability”To the extent allowed by law, Saharasoft Solutions LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
The service is provided for operational support. Organizations remain responsible for reviewing records, verifying financial reports, complying with applicable obligations, and making business decisions.
Termination
Section titled “Termination”An organization may stop using the service according to its agreement or support arrangement. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, illegal use, abuse, or material breach of these terms.
Before ending use of the service, organizations should export records they need to retain. Data retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes To These Terms
Section titled “Changes To These Terms”We may update these terms as the product, legal requirements, or operating model changes. The latest version will be published at this page with an updated date.
