These Terms of Service apply to EasyBill, including the mobile app, web dashboard, help center, and related business operations services provided by Saharasoft Solutions LTD.

By using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

EasyBill provides software for business operations, including water billing, rent and property management, short-stay operations, visitor management, field work, documents, payments, messaging, reporting, and team administration.

The service is intended for organizations and authorized business users. It is not a consumer financial account, escrow service, bank, or emergency service.

  • Keeping login credentials secure.
  • Removing access for users who no longer need it.

Users must not share accounts, bypass permissions, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the platform’s operation.

Organizations are responsible for the customer, tenant, guest, visitor, payment, document, messaging, and operational records they create, upload, import, or manage in EasyBill.

Saharasoft processes this data to provide and support the service. Data handling is also described in the Privacy Policy.

EasyBill may connect to payment processors, messaging providers, map providers, authentication services, file storage, and other third-party systems. Availability, fees, settlement, reversals, provider outages, and compliance obligations may depend on those providers and the organization’s configuration.

Organizations remain responsible for reconciling records, handling disputes, maintaining lawful billing policies, and complying with tax, accounting, tenancy, utility, hospitality, and other applicable rules.

You must not use EasyBill to:

  • Break applicable law or regulation.

We work to keep the service reliable, but availability can be affected by maintenance, internet connectivity, third-party providers, infrastructure events, or issues outside our control.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for reliability, security, compliance, or product development. Where practical, we will communicate material changes to affected organizations.

The service is provided for operational support. Organizations remain responsible for reviewing records, verifying financial reports, complying with applicable obligations, and making business decisions.

An organization may stop using the service according to its agreement or support arrangement. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, illegal use, abuse, or material breach of these terms.

Before ending use of the service, organizations should export records they need to retain. Data retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
