Quick Start for Bill Recipients
This guide is for people who receive a bill from a company using EasyBill. Your water company or property manager controls the payment methods, account reference format, and support contact details.
Read your bill
Section titled “Read your bill”- Find the bill amount.
- Find the due date.
- Find the account, meter, unit, or tenant reference shown on the bill.
- Check the payment instructions printed or sent with the bill.
- Contact the company if any name, meter, unit, or amount looks wrong.
Pay the bill
Section titled “Pay the bill”- Use only the payment method and pay bill details provided by your company.
- Enter the account reference exactly as it appears on the bill.
- Enter the amount you want to pay.
- Keep the payment confirmation or receipt.
- If the payment does not appear on your account, send the receipt details to the company support contact.
Report a dispute
Section titled “Report a dispute”- Note the bill number or account reference.
- Explain what looks wrong: reading, amount, account, unit, date, or payment.
- Attach a photo or receipt if you have one.
- Send the details to the company using the contact method on the bill.
- Wait for the company to review the account in EasyBill.
If you are given portal access
Section titled “If you are given portal access”- Open the EasyBill link provided by your company.
- Sign in with the account they created for you.
- Review your dashboard or payment screen.
- Use the payment or support action available on your account.
