Notification Settings
EasyBill exposes customer notification toggles in Settings > Notifications. The current app shows toggles for WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.
Open notification settings
Section titled “Open notification settings”- Sign in to EasyBill.
- Open the company you want to configure.
- Select Settings.
- Open Notifications.
Turn a channel on or off
Section titled “Turn a channel on or off”- Find the channel row: WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
- Toggle the channel.
- Wait for the save state to finish.
- Toggle the next channel only after the first change is saved.
- Refresh Settings if the section shows a load error.
Check SMS balance
Section titled “Check SMS balance”- Open Settings.
- Open SMS Balance.
- Review remaining SMS if balance data is available.
- Adjust warning or critical thresholds only if your role allows it.
- Save changes.
Verify before relying on notifications
Section titled “Verify before relying on notifications”- Confirm the customer has the correct phone number or email on their account.
- Confirm the company notification channel is enabled.
- Confirm SMS balance exists when using SMS.
- Send or trigger a real workflow only after the settings are correct.
- Check the related bill, payment, or customer record for the result.
