Notification Settings

EasyBill exposes customer notification toggles in Settings > Notifications. The current app shows toggles for WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.

  1. Sign in to EasyBill.
  2. Open the company you want to configure.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Open Notifications.
  1. Find the channel row: WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
  2. Toggle the channel.
  3. Wait for the save state to finish.
  4. Toggle the next channel only after the first change is saved.
  5. Refresh Settings if the section shows a load error.
  1. Open Settings.
  2. Open SMS Balance.
  3. Review remaining SMS if balance data is available.
  4. Adjust warning or critical thresholds only if your role allows it.
  5. Save changes.
  1. Confirm the customer has the correct phone number or email on their account.
  2. Confirm the company notification channel is enabled.
  3. Confirm SMS balance exists when using SMS.
  4. Send or trigger a real workflow only after the settings are correct.
  5. Check the related bill, payment, or customer record for the result.
