Platform Overview

EasyBill is a business operations app with workspaces for water billing, real estate, and short-stay operations. The screens you see depend on the company type, enabled modules, and your role.

Use the water workspace for:

  1. Home - review the company dashboard.
  2. Meters - work through To Read, Zero, Anomalies, Long Unread, and Replace tabs.
  3. Customers - search customer accounts and open customer records.
  4. Bills - review billing, payments, unread meters, and SMS-related bill queues.
  5. Money - review Payments, Credits, Bills, Charges, and Expenses.
  6. Reports, Photos, Field Map, Disconnections, Meter Health, Contracts, Messaging, Activity, Upkeep, Asset Tracking, Team, Settings, and Visitor Log - use these from the secondary navigation when your role allows them.

Use the real estate workspace for:

  1. Home - review portfolio activity.
  2. Properties - manage property and unit records.
  3. People - work with tenants and related profiles.
  4. Money - review billing, leases, payments, invoices, financials, settlements, inspections, contracts, and pending contracts.
  5. Reports, Invoices, Maintenance, Notifications, Activity, Team, Data Import, Asset Tracking, Settings, and Visitor Log - use these from the secondary navigation when your role allows them.

Use the short-stay workspace for:

  1. Dashboard - review the short-stay overview and quick actions.
  2. Bookings - create and manage bookings.
  3. Guests - manage guest records.
  4. Channels - manage booking channels.
  5. Inventory - track supplies and supply transactions.
  6. Operations - create and manage tasks.
  7. Listings - manage rooms or listings.
  8. Calendar, Analytics, Inspection, and Settings - use these from the secondary navigation.
  1. Open the account or company menu in the app header.
  2. Select the company or profile action you need.
  3. Wait for the workspace to reload before opening another screen.
  1. Sign in to EasyBill.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Complete Company, Information, and Billing sections.
  4. Set available Payment Methods.
  5. Add Customer Types & Pricing, Service Zones, and Fixed Monthly Charges if your water-billing workflow uses them.
  6. Invite staff from Team.
  7. Add operational records: customers and meters for water, properties and units for real estate, or listings for short stay.

The guides describe the current EasyBill screens and avoid promising background behavior that is not visible in the app. Where payment, notification, or sync behavior depends on your company setup, the guide tells you to verify the relevant Settings section first.
