Installation and First Login
Use the official app link or installation instructions provided by your company. Do not install unofficial APKs or links from unknown sources.
Get the app or open the web app
Section titled “Get the app or open the web app”- Ask your company admin for the approved EasyBill mobile or web link.
- Install or open EasyBill using that approved source.
- Keep the app updated using the same source your company uses.
- Do not share your login with another staff member.
First sign-in
Section titled “First sign-in”- Open EasyBill.
- Enter the email or phone number assigned to your account.
- Enter your password.
- Select Sign In.
- If you belong to more than one company, select the company you are working for.
- Confirm the app opens the correct workspace.
Allow required device access
Section titled “Allow required device access”- Allow camera access if you need to attach meter or payment photos.
- Allow location access if your company requires location checks for field work.
- Allow photo or file access only when the app asks for it during uploads.
- If you deny a permission by mistake, open your device settings and enable it for EasyBill.
Confirm your field workspace
Section titled “Confirm your field workspace”- Open the water company workspace.
- Open Meters.
- Confirm you can see the tabs you need, such as To Read, Zero, Anomalies, Long Unread, and Replace.
- Open a record and confirm you can see the customer, meter, and reading information your role should access.
If sign-in fails
Section titled “If sign-in fails”- Check your internet connection.
- Confirm the company admin has created your account.
- Confirm you typed the correct email or phone number.
- Use Forgot Password if you need to reset your password.
- Contact your company admin if you still cannot sign in.
